I know these are fairly well known through out the blogging or Pinterest Community but today I am showing off my frozen yogurt bites mainly because they taste good and secondly and more importantly I needed something that begins with Y...(
I used a zip loc bag and one of my cake decorating tips to drop the bite size yogurt
I made strawberry and mixed berry bites
Put them in the freezer for about 3 hours and then pulled them out to place in canning jars to keep in the freezer for my snack
Nice and frozen, time to place in containers for the freezer
They do seem to melt fairly quickly.. I don't know if that happens to everyone or if I just didn't freeze them long enough prior..
Yum, my grandkids would love that...
And there we have it.. wholesome snacks for hubby and I to have whenever we just need a little sumthin sumthin to snack on...
XOXO,
Carri
What a funny coincidence. I looked all day yesterday for cute ideas on pre-molding ice cream scoops, and didn't find much. Today, I finally used my melon baller to make some and put them into little cupcake papers to freeze hard, but they don't look very pretty. And not one hour later, I come across your blog for the first time ever - just in the nick of time! These are adorable and I never would have thought to push the soft ice cream through a decorating bag! Brilliant! :-)
